Current Status
Krypton 2.0.0 is currently in beta. This means that the features
of the system are generally complete, but that the code requires
more testing, and that some refactoring is yet to be done.
Planned Changes to Krypton
We have a small list of items that we are planning to change between
now and the final release. If you start using Krypton now, these
changes won't affect you. These changes will only affect plugin
developers.
- Plugin packaging. The structure around plugins will be unified
so that all plugins can be kept in a single repository. There
will also be changes to support using multiple versions of a
plugin in one build. The internal structure of plugins won't
change.
- Standard library. The standard library will continue to grow
with new plugins to support other build automation, code
analysis, and source control systems across Java and .NET
